About Us
About Us
Safe Haven Transitional Living are recovery homes for men and women in recovery who suffer from the disease of alcoholism and addiction. In November 2003 Safe Haven was developed by two men who have gone through transitional housing, and have understanding, awareness, and knowledge of a Twelve Step program. Safe Haven is located in a Victorian home with ten bedrooms and four bathrooms and is near many Twelve Step meetings and public transportation which provides residents the opportunity to obtain employment, further their education, as well as many other opportunities to grow in their sobriety. Our goals in recovery can be achieved by living in a clean and sober environment which focuses on accountability and responsibility.
Safe Haven is nationally accredited by both the Pennsylvania Alliance of Recovery Residences (PARR) as well as the National Alliance of Recovery Residences (NARR) assuring that all of our recovery homes meet the nations highest recovery housing standards.
